LITTLE INFO ON THE PROGRAM

• SiZE OF DOGS: I used to watch dogs of all size, but I have found my love for all dogs, YES. But I really do love hanging out with the small dogs. Since June 2023, I decided to only watch dogs under 35 lbs. I’ve noticed that I mainly only watch dogs under 20 lbs a lot of time though. I love the small pups and I’d love to care for your small pup(s).

• UPDATES: I send pictures/videos everyday for you to see your pup during their stay. And of course you can ask me anytime for an update if you’re thinking about them.

• BACKYARD: Properly fenced in with plenty of room to run around in.

• LOCATION: In the western part of Columbus Ohio (Galloway).

• SCHEDULE: I do this full time from home so I have a decently flexible schedule for pick-up and drop-off times within reason.

• MEET & GREETS: You are more than welcome to absolutely come, see the place and meet me so your dog is more comfortable during their stay and you are assured of your pups safety while you’re away. I would want the same thing.

• CRATED PROCESS: I only crate the pups at night when I go to sleep or if I leave for a short period of time to run errands, etc. I really run my program with the perspective that pups are living life with me. I have yorkies of my own and I would not want them to stay crated so I do the same for the pups coming through my home. I try to accommodate their needs so they are the most comfy.

• SPECIAL NEEDS: I can absolutely give shots, administer medications, and provide certain special requests as needed as long as they don’t disrupt other dogs and the program.

• DOG FRIENDLY: I do require that all dogs are dog friendly and can get along well with others around them. I have quite a few dogs through the home at a time. I’ve never had any temperament issues because of this policy.

• VACCINATION: I may ask for vaccination records at any time. Please email them to me before your pups stay. I’ve never had any health issues come through my program or home and I strive to keep it this way by keeping this a small business and making sure I check to ensure the health of others. Please be available to share this info!

• WHY HOME KENNELING: Here at Elaine’s Pup Co. we really want your pup to feel at home here. We allow your dog to have adequate time outside to play, cuddling time, plenty of time lounging around or on the couch! There will not be extra time in kenneling for no reason, but instead time out being loved on and cared for. I hope they sincerely feel at home here!
