SECURE DEPOSIT: $500

This amount goes to the care and wellbeing of the pups in their early stages and ensuring that you are a 100% getting one of this litters pups! This is also to secure that we have serious dog owners! :) Please make sure you follow our social @elainesyorkies so you’re able to see these babies as they grow! This deposit only happens after we have a phone conversation.

PICK YOUR PUPPY:

This day is literally so exciting! At week 6, I’ll video call you in line of first deposit received and you can choose your puppy. You’ll get to see each puppy and hear about them and their personalities. I really do try to connect you with the dog that I believe is best for your family. You are more than welcome to pay this amount at the beginning or wait til picking the puppy. Whatever is best for you.

HOMECOMING DAY: Remainder of balance

THE BEST DAY! You get to come and get YOUR puppy! This day you’ll get your new fur baby along with a care package and tons of other goodies that are listed on my breeding page. This is a sad and happy day for me. I love these pups so much, but I’m so excited for you and the love that this pup is going to offer your life. I will forever be a friend that can be here to support you and your pup! I love keeping in contact with you, sending your pup their first birthday gift, getting updates and always being here for you.
I care so much about these babies and the way their raised in this program! I’m already hoping and praying for great, loving homes for them! Thank you for considering to apply! Looking forward to meeting!

The first deposit is placed to ensure serious dog owners and this amount goes to the raising of the puppies in their early weeks.

Spay/Neuter Contract: I agree that the dog I take home with be pet only. I will fill out the contract once sent to me.

Adoption Contract: All of our puppies are raised indoors using ENS therapy, the Badass Breeder (BAB) guide, Breeder Bootcamp and with daily socialization by the breeder. They are on a regular de-worming schedule every 2 weeks and will receive any required vaccinations. All our puppies will go home with health records and will have docked tails. They will have their rear dew-claws removed (if applicable), come with a health certification, FREE 30 day health insurance coverage through Trupanion and a 1 year health guarantee. Every puppy goes to his/her new home with individualized care packages, access to a private Elaine’s Yorkies Facebook group and will receive lifetime breeder support.
